this is my thread kid which is all u r to me. tking kid at best. i was just letting everyone know that profit wasn't going to be at the tourney tomorrow. i was tryin to be a nice guy by letting scg know they don't have to show up. instead, rockstar starts this controversy about how we beat them last week. i defended myself, got heated up cause its all politics that I don't particularily adore.

thats what I'm saying. As far as I'm concerned the Profit that I've been playing IS the team. Not the kids that they have to fly in. If they bring them in and call themselves Profit then what would you call yourselves?

And I'm proud to say that I haven't touched a tank for a couple of weeks. :) I got a gold in a heli today though... being a pilot! I'm kinda proud of that. But yeah... too many tank hours and I'm going to make sure I even everything out.

Prof-IT wins because of better accuracy with their shots - but we will see who beats who in round one of season championships:

1 Plays 4 - DS vs SCG
*** 2 Plays 3 - HmC vs Prof-IT

My predictions are that we will meet in round 1, and in losers bracket finals (after one of us knocks out SCG) - 5 rounds on each map: Surge, M*** Destruction, Devil's Perch (round 1 is Devil's Perch, meaning that when we meet in losers bracket it'll be Surge and M*** Destruction - loser has to win both maps) - Good luck

BTW - rounds were 13-0 , 35-0 , 35-0 , 55-0 (approximations) - ask Ninja/Arobic - we were talking about it - not 60-0 and above every round.

So before you smash and exaggerate, know that by next time we will follow our strat and we'll see how "pathetic and stupid" it is.

Actually Kawasaki, I can talk. I'm a sub for profit, they need a sub every week so im always playing with them. Plus your not very good so you shouldnt talk, get over it.

You guys don't have stratagy, your strat is playing 8 vs. 0 because thats how you practice at howies. Thats not how a game is going to go, so you cant really practice that way. Oh and Let me tell your our strategy, Send a few guys here and there, kill all of you and take the flag. Then defend them. Yeah, that was seriously our strategy.

And leave my team out of this, not our fault they have it at a time when the rest of my team can't go. Everyone has had trouble getting teams together. But I don't want to play with a bunch of random guys, Id rather have my brother and my friends there playing beside me. Why waste my money with a crappy slapped together team? Profit's a good team, and its fun to play with these guys. And im ending on this note... Profit > Monster. =) 100 - 0 games.

Commanding I have no interest in... I'll do it every once in a while because I'm bored. The commanding badges are too easy to get. Just have to be commander enough and the points go up like rockets- then you have to be a commander for a certain amount of time during one round and you get another badge?! I've gotten my vet already by just screwing around.

Seriously- all commander is=

1. spotting and UAV
2. tracking enemy troops so they don't slip anywhere without you knowing
3. STRATEGIC artillary
4. using your squads correctly
5. supplies supplies supplies

thats mainly Rabbi. I just happen to be the captain of the team because I'm the only guy that knows whats going on most of the time. More or less representative?

I was thinking of switching clans a while ago (actually applied for yours but I heard nothing back). Maybe Flawless later on... doubt it though. They don't seem to be active enough in the bf2 area... and the halo team is full as it is.

I tend to do both at the sametime. Either Command/medic/engineer/sniper.

Different advantages to them all. But the medic is SO EASY to get points from- its hard to resist. Same thing for the PKM as well... the only problem is if you get too used to the weapon and you suck when you go back to other weapons.

ya like me with medic...i've played it so much that now that i have my expert, i SHOULD move to another kit to work on my next expert, but i just aaallllways find myself still playing medic so i have like a billion hours on my medic now

I've been recently trying to spread out my hours evenly. I think the first expert I'll get is Spec-ops or medic. Engineer will definetly be the last... I hate that kit.

there is no other gun I don't like using more then the G3. Mainly because of its clunky feel, horrible accurecy at long distance, and only 20 shots.

I'll admit: it comes in handy SOMETIMES when you're at close range or medium range... other then that I'd prefer an AK101 or something like that.

Lately I've found myself using alot more zip and grappling hooks too... before it was just cause "Oh, I really need to get to that OTHER spot over there"... now its "Oh, I can get up on here and have a perfect shot wherever I want, clear out the space, and then rape" ::cough:: tower to mosque ::cough::

The G36E is the best assault rifle by far imo, but I also like the M16, id say that one is the second best. I am not so much of a fan as the F2000... I just can't get use to the scope.

i had never had even my basic explosives, but two days ago i found out how good i am with claymores. i got about 70 kills just claymores, no joke...i got both my basic and veteran in one round, and would have easily had my expert but i didnt have a total of 300 kills with explosives yet

i think i just want one of my friends to be support and ill be sniper and set claymores everywhere in the whole level thatd be so fun hahaha
i was gonna do that in a tourny one time but then i found out that you can only place two at a time...for instance, if you place one, then another, then get a supply pack, once you place another the first one dissappears

before this last patch you can place a billion and it wouldn't matter. I like claymores ALOT but I don't think its worth the sacrifice for the gun (and whenever I place them and pick up another kit to defend myself I'm not sure if they claymores dissapear or stay)

I freakin hate calymores, they are the worst part about the game

You can walk near a claymore, or jump over it and it explodes. At least attempt to make it realistic. if you walk over it, it explodes, simple
claymores are the only advantage to the sniper kit

if you walk to the sides or back they don't go off... then if you use a wrench you can take them down.

YEA RIGHT! there have so many times i have no idea where i see a mine, stop and go backwards and the damn thing explodes. or across a hallway and the mine at the top of a staircase, stop, go backwards and it goes off. or at the bottom of the stairs in tv station on warlord, someones at the top, triggers the mine and i die at the bottom. b/s. they have ruined the palace...

I agree with you... I'm not saying that they're impossible to take out... but I've taken a couple down myself while in the palace... if they aren't set up correctly I can get them from the side and take them down if I'm engineer... I did it once or twice when I was gaining time for vet engineer. Other times I'd see them far away and when I'd step back they'd kill me.

remember: from the sides or the back. The blast radius is rediculous though.

that link shows somewhat of a blast radius... and then you can learn to reconize front from back if you already haven't. Too bad you don't get points for taking those damn things down.

I had the best claymore experience last night.
I was on karkand ont eh US side sitting inside the first base alone waiting for it to cap. I killed like 4 people that tried to rush in or spawned there. Then a 5th comes in throws a claymore down i kill him. I do all this while laying down mind you. so after he throws the claymore i turn like an inch and the claymore goes off. I barley even moved and wasnt anywhere near the claymore and the dang thing went off. Pissed me off so much since i had the flag cap.
