SCG Calling for aid

as sad as it may seem and as happy as it may make some of you, SCG has fallen on hard times, we have hardley been able to scratch a team together for the league and sometimes not even that, our howies clanship is at stake and if we do not get a team together soon, then we shall loose our howies clanship, which hurts me greatly

i posted this inside the SCG forum and you should read it too:
if you have been keeping tabs on our forums you might have seen a rising issue latley, membership.
though i know that the clan is flurishing the problem exists in getting teams to play at tournyments. specificly the league on thursdays. we can hardley scratch a 5 man team there and that is sad, i have been calling on you guys to support us and some have answered and i thank you. but others have sat there dragging thier feet doing nothing but wear the hat and nothing else. i am calling on those to either stand up and compete or simply leave. our clan sponsorship is on the line and that should not be so.

so i ask you what you want for the clan, for it to be victorius by you standing and competeing or for this great clan to fail by having you sit there on your rump doing nothing, its up to you

what i am in need of is players who can play at howies on thursday nights for the bf2 league. i need several and i am not picky right now, i will give a discount on hats for those willing to join by lowering the has from $7 to $6 in which i will be losing money, hats are not manditory right now,

consider this my SOS to all players, even if your on a team or clan, i ask that you join for a time being so we may remain in existance,

if we lose our clanship i will not have done so without a fight or asking for help and i only ask for help in our last second of need, if we do not get a response i beilieve we will fade away, but we shall do so with dignity and honor,

i ask not for you to pity us nor taunt us, i am calling out for help and i expect a response if you are only willing to help,

It would be nice to have it on the weekends or sumthing but u got to understand that it is way crowded on weekends a tournament on fridays or saturdays would just be crazy no one would get a computer

yes a sit down is in order, yes they are trieing to weed out the weaklings, no it would not be hard to do this on a weekend, i have said it before, ill say it agian, saturday mornings at opening, there are 5 people on a computer, but this is for another thread, keep it on track guys,

though we should organize a clan leader meeting somtime and sit down with howie and greg and the ther clan leades and sort all this out

Smelly is kinda douche about topics, its pretty lame, they need to have a General Whatever forum or something. Like a main No real topic section like alot of boards have so u can post random things.

SERIOUSLY, everyone that posts here wants one, then why the hell don't they have one? I have had forums myself before, and if I remeber correctly, it takes less than 10 minutes to properly set up a new forum

And regarding the league, saterday mornings or even sundays.. sundays are even less crowded, whats wrong with that?

1) there was a general w/e thread, it was great, smelly shut it down after a week whenb some little snought came and talked trash, scg was blamed, BS
2)SCG has had to find random kids every week to play, BS
3) SCG is not the only one who has failed to supply a team in the league, monster had to forfiet last week and thier not in trouble, flawless didnt even put a team up and thier not in trouble, SCG was signed up and i dont know by who and we are in trouble! BS

They would never consider droping a clan that was origanaly formed by howies (monster, profit, flawless) but the ones who are outsiders they are willing to dorp with out a thought!

why doesnt everyone become a republican then, because in most parts of this country, diversity is embraced. How much would it suck if there was just one clan you cud choose from, because reality is, if scg and ln get dropped and we go down to the original three, then if your under 21 and not good enough for *, then you have to go to monster. I dont know about anyone else, but I'm a fan of choices.

Well, I like to actually get on teams because I'm good and not an ******* instead of calling on "gonnections" to get me on (Anyone else in here read Great Gatsby theres a lil Wolfsheim for ya). I find that it makes any kind of reputation i have a bit more credible.

Just a personal preference, and life advice from me to you.

this is not appropriate nor welcomed, i asked specificly for there to be none of this on this thread when i created it, so cut it out, pilgrim shut up too, connections are nice and we have them, i could have been on monster if i had wanted, i choose SCG, why? cause its my creation, because im proud of my geekyness, we were underdogs to start, we fought to get our clanship and the standards to clanship were set because we kept pushing, once in we pressed for tournys we got them, we then pusheds for leagues and got them but they are on weekdays and that is not right.

cut the cr@p on this, im looking for new recriuts to play during the week, were not dead yet



(wolfshiem was gatsby's connection to the underwold, it was how he was rich, pilgrim puts Wolfshiem as a point because he was not the "proper" type of connection, though he got gatsby what he wanted gatsby was not happy, he could not give him what he wanted most and the lifestyle that wolfshiem gave him was not enough to get what he wanted, understand?)
